• Introduction

    • Dr. Mahesh Jukar is an alumnus of Topiwala National Medical College and B. Y. L. Nair Charitable Hospital and is a practicing General Surgeon for over the past two decades.In the course of his extensive practice, it became amply evident to him that the root causes of many health conditions are erratic hours and erroneously cultivated lifestyle habits.

      Today, he is deeply committed to customizing solutions to enhance one’s well-being based on the best that medical science offers. Moreover, in the often ignored field of athlete well-being, both physical and mental, he is committed to an ongoing endeavor to constantly develop an innovative platform combining exercise, medicine and psychology - that enables sports persons to achieve and maximize their inner potential.

    • Dr. Mahesh Jukar is a professional member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES), American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM), Indian Association of Sports Medicine (IASM), Indian Medical Association (IMA) and Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).

      Dr. Mahesh Jukar was invited by Team Rio 2016 to work as a volunteer for the Rio Summer Olympics 2016 in the capacity of a Sports Physician.
